Can I track my order?

Your order will be meticulously prepared and dispatched with the utmost care. Once it has been collected by our trusted courier, your tracking number will be activated and a follow-up email will be sent, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.

Please note that tracking links may take up to 48 hours to become active. If you do not receive your tracking details or require assistance, our Client Services team will be delighted to help.

Which delivery option do you offer?

We partner with a selection of trusted international couriers, carefully chosen based on your location and the size of your order. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout for a seamless and tailored delivery experience.

Please note that all orders require 24 to 48 hours for careful preparation before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Spain: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days

If you choose to personalize your GÁVVA, please allow an additional 5 business days for our artisans to complete the customization with the care and precision it deserves.

During periods of high demand—either within our atelier or with our shipping partners—slight delays may occur. Should there be any unexpected changes to your delivery timeframe, our team will reach out to you personally with an update.

Please note that deliveries to destinations requiring customs clearance may experience delays beyond GÁVVA’s control.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we offer shipping within Spain and throughout Europe. We look forward to expanding our delivery destinations in the near future.

For orders destined for Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, please contact our Client Services team.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer thoughtfully tailored shipping options across Spain and Europe, designed to provide you with a seamless and premium experience.

Spain: Standard shipping is complimentary, except for the Balearic Islands (€15).

Portugal: Standard shipping is (€10).

Rest of Europe: Standard shipping is (€15).

We also provide an express delivery service (24–48 hours) for non-personalized orders, priced at (€15) within Spain.

Shipping is free for all orders in mainland Spain. For international orders, shipping is free on orders over €400.

We currently ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to all European Union countries, excluding the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, and Melilla. This means all customs duties, taxes, and fees are fully covered by us—so you can enjoy a hassle-free delivery with no additional charges upon receipt.

For destinations outside these areas, shipments are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. In such cases, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your order is returned to us due to a failure to collect the package, a €30 fee will be applied. This amount covers the original and return shipping, as well as careful handling and restocking.

The fee will be respectfully deducted from your refund.

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or is not as expected, we kindly invite you to contact our Client Services team. Please include your order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the issue.

Once we have received and reviewed the details, we will promptly assist you with the next steps.
