RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Can I return my order? 

At GÁVVA, every piece is created with care and intention. While we hope you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

You are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags, labels, and entire packaging intact. For exchanges, please note you have 7 business days from the date of delivery, under the same conditions.

Please note:

  • Personalized GÁVVA pieces are final sale. These items are uniquely tailored for you and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fee is complimentary in Spain. A return shipping fee of €15 (within Balearic Islands and Portugal) or €35 (for all other countries) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any customs or import duties associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How to Return or Exchange an Item?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our Client Services team by email stating your order number, your intention to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the request.

Once we receive your message, we will personally guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

Please note that GÁVVA is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return or exchange shipment.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must include a completed return form.
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged — unless the item was received in that condition and a claim has been submitted and accepted.
  • Please ensure your parcel is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.

Once your return has been received, carefully reviewed, and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Your refund will then be processed to your original form of payment within a maximum of 14 business days.
